Edition 05 is the synergy of three legendary terroirs: South Kivu in DR Congo, Harar in Ethiopia and the buffer zone of El Triunfo biosphere in Chiapas, Mexico. 
Exemplary, high-elevation eco farming practices and fine soils contributed to our best edition to-date.
The spectacular red wine hues of this heirloom libation, reflect the deliciously intense perks of the last Harar arrival. The mouth is deftly balanced, skipping lightly as it unfurls rum, pecan-accented and tobacco flavors. The body stands out for it’s signature clarity, whereas the finish is gently long, with plum and brown sugar overtones.
